9) Cookies and Website Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and, where applicable, analytics and marketing measurement.
Google Analytics: Google Analytics may receive technical information such as device and browser details, approximate location derived from an IP address, page URLs, referral information, and interaction data so we can understand website use.
Meta Pixel: If enabled for an advertising campaign, the Meta Pixel is configured to load only after you grant Marketing consent. It may record a PageView on selected campaign pages and a Lead event only after a consultation form is submitted successfully. We do not attach the name, email address, phone number, programme choice, message, or other form-field values to those Meta events. Our current setup does not use Advanced Matching or the server-side Conversions API.
Jotform enquiry forms and chatbot: We may use Jotform to provide enquiry forms and chatbot features on this website. When you choose to submit an enquiry through a Jotform feature, Jotform processes the information you provide on our behalf so that we can receive and respond to your enquiry. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, enquiry details and consent status. Please do not provide sensitive personal information through these features.
You can accept, reject, or change optional cookie categories through the cookie banner or Cookie Settings control. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking; it does not reverse processing that already occurred while consent was active. You can also review the privacy information published by Google and Meta for details of how those providers process data.

10) Meta Instant Forms and Lead Ads
When you submit an enquiry through an Achievers Education UK form shown on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends the information you choose to provide to Achievers Education UK. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, programme or destination interests, answers to eligibility or guidance questions, submission time, and limited form and advertising-attribution identifiers.
Meta may notify our secured server endpoint that a new enquiry is available. Our systems then retrieve the corresponding lead from Meta using authorised, access-controlled interfaces and record it in our protected lead register and the appropriate programme follow-up sheet. This server-to-server Lead Ads process is separate from the consent-gated Meta Pixel used on our website. You do not need to visit our website for information submitted through a Meta Instant Form to be transferred to us.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, provide programme and admissions guidance, discuss eligibility and study options, arrange requested follow-up, prevent duplicate records, and maintain an audit of the enquiry. We process the information in the context of your submitted request and any consent presented in the Meta form, and where applicable for our legitimate interests in securely administering and responding to genuine enquiries.
The information may be processed by Meta, our website and hosting providers, and Google Workspace services used for our secured lead register and programme follow-up workflow. Where personal data is processed outside your country, we apply the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law and by our provider agreements.
We retain Meta-derived enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for admissions guidance, follow-up, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security. Provider and application logs are minimised and designed not to contain form answers or ordinary contact details; duplicate deliveries are controlled using restricted technical event identifiers.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis, by using the contact details in this Privacy Policy. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Meta separately controls information held in your Facebook or Instagram account and provides its own privacy controls.
